Cozy Cottage Rental

The cottage has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, satellite TV and a fireplace. It can sleep up to six. The loft apartments have a full kitchen and satellite TV (sheets and towels are provided in all units).

           Cozy Cottage rental per night up to two people $125 plus $25 for each additional person.

                     Apartment rental per night up to two people $105 plus $25 for each additional person.

**Holiday and Foliage season rates:

          Cottage - $155/night (double occupancy) plus $35 for each additional person
          Apartment- $125/night (double occupancy) plus $35 for each additional person
Check out before 12 noon. Check in after 2:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy - 24 hour notice is required or one night rental will be charged

                Carriage or Sleigh ride during your stay - $62 per person

During your summer or winter stay, we offer a wide variety of equestrian activities and experiences including riding & driving lessons, carriage/sleigh rides, performances and farm tours. You can take walks through our forest or hay pastures on our private 650-acres. The farm's fields and pastures provide scenic open spaces for a picture perfect setting of the Green Mountains.
At the end of the day, wander through the barn, visit the horses, or just sit outside for a picnic and relax.
